WAOLISTIC provides private transportation for your dog or cat to prearranged local appointments. We handle home pickup, check-in, and return transportation.
When appointment assistance is included, we remain during the visit when permitted, send timely updates, and provide a factual recap of the information shared by the provider.
Appointments may include:

• Daycare, boarding, and training drop-offs or pickups
• Other prearranged visits with local pet-service providers

WAOLISTIC serves Katy, Fulshear, and select areas of Richmond, Texas, daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Availability depends on the pickup address, destination, route, and requested time. Booking and confirmation are required; same-day requests are not guaranteed.

Private Pet Transfer includes up to 10 driving miles for a one-way trip. Scheduled Round Trip and Signature Appointment Assistance include up to 10 driving miles each way. Any charge for additional mileage, time, stops, or requested additions will be disclosed and approved before booking.

The service is available for eligible dogs and cats from one household. Before confirming, we review the animal’s size, age, mobility, temperament, and transportation needs. WAOLISTIC may decline a request when safe handling or transportation cannot be provided.

Cats must travel in a secure, properly sized carrier. Dogs must have a properly fitted collar or harness and leash and must be safely restrained during travel. Mobility limitations, anxiety, aggression, bite history, health concerns, or special handling needs must be disclosed before booking.

WAOLISTIC does not provide emergency or medical transportation, veterinary care, diagnosis, treatment, medical interpretation, or clinical recommendations. We cannot authorize care, make medical decisions, or assume responsibility for provider fees, prescriptions, medications, or other purchases.
Animals experiencing urgent symptoms or requiring medical monitoring must be transported by the owner or an appropriate veterinary emergency provider.
